Hemp pillows certainly aren’t for everybody, and it may take a little getting used to these hemp pillows, which are firmer than kapok, buckwheat, latex, wool, cotton, down, feather, and synthetic pillows.
The 12-section pillow measures approximately 35 inches long, 17 inches wide, and 2 inches high. The 4-section pillow measures approximately 16 inches long, 11 inches wide, and 2 inches high.

The case included is machine washable on a delicate cycle, with warm or cold water using mild biodegradable detergent. Hang to dry and use a steam iron at linen settings if necessary. If the pillow itself gets wet, set it out to dry on a radiator or close to a heater with good air circulation.
